Why review sites rate Caxino so differently

Casino Guru gives Caxino a safety index of 9.8 out of 10. Trustpilot gives it 1.5 out of 5. Both are real numbers and they describe different things.

Casino Guru scores licensing, terms and how complaints are handled through their own mediation service. Trustpilot is whoever turns up to write, which skews angry, and Trustpilot does not fact-check what people claim.

We think the gap is the story. A casino can satisfy a methodology and still leave 55% of the people who bother to review it writing one star.

The Caxino bonus, and why we would not claim it

Caxino runs a deposit match and free spins for new players, and you will find Caxino bonus codes and no deposit offers listed on plenty of sites, including ones still being paid to list them.

A bonus is only worth what you can withdraw from it. The most common complaint we read is not about the size of the offer, it is about what happens when a bonus win becomes a withdrawal request. That is the part a bonus code cannot help you with.

Caxino in Canada, Ontario and New Zealand

Most of the search interest in Caxino comes from Canada and New Zealand, and Ontario players are covered by a separate regulator, the AGCO, rather than the Malta licence.
